Annie Scudamore

In 2019, after a lifelong ambition to pursue my passion to paint, I was able to close the door on the business world and complete a diploma in oil painting at the Norfolk Painting School. My studio is here in Rutland and I also spend time in North Norfolk that inspires my landscapes.

Undertaking my diploma was an inspiring experience, allowing me to study and get under the skin of the great masters’ methods and thinking. Working mainly in Oils I use traditional techniques with a contemporary style to interpret the beauty and emotion of the natural world around me. I am particularly drawn to flowers and landscapes as well as dogs.
