Dawn Wright
Working predominantly in watercolour and graphite, I enjoy recreating the colours, light and drama which the changing seasons and the natural world bring us; a story waiting to be interpreted by the botanical artist.
I run monthly botanical art classes at Barnsdale Gardens and from my home in Rutland.
Keen to raise the profile of contemporary botanical art I deliver workshops and talks to art societies, wildlife trusts and groups around the UK. Fellow of the Society of Botanical Artists, a member of Northamptonshire Botanical Artists Society, American Society of Botanical Artists and the Eden Project Florilegium. My work is held in private collections both in the UK and overseas.

Time: 10am - 4pm. Free entry to the Garden Studio for Open Studios. Separate entrance for free access to Open Studios only. Follow the yellow signs.
Entrance payable to visit Barnsdale Gardens.
